My journey to becoming a health and wellness coach was deeply influenced by my own experiences with perfectionism, stress, chronic pain and the constant pressure to succeed. Through this journey, I realized that happiness doesn’t come from living small or only in calm moments. It comes from finding a balance between moments of calm and the courage to pursue the experiences that truly fulfill you—whether they’re quiet or wild, familiar or new.
