Rooted & Realigned 

1:1 Coaching for Women in Transition

A calm, supportive coaching space designed to hold you as you reconnect, clarify, and gently expand into your next season — without burning out or abandoning yourself.

Included in the programme:

6 x 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions:

Held over 3 months (twice per month), so you have space to process and integrate(via online meetings – no commute, no pressure). Optional Integration Period possible.

Between-session support: 

Check-in between each session via messaging (Email or Telegram) for reflections, celebrations, or “in-the-moment” clarity.

Reflection prompts + resources:

Personalized journaling prompts and tools after each session — supporting nervous system care, clarity, and action.

A calm structure — no hustle, no pressure:

You’ll move at your own rhythm, with encouragement and honest support when it counts.

Coaching that honors where you’ve been — and helps you realign with who you’re becoming.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want right now?

That’s okay — you don’t need a clear plan to begin. This space is here to help you figure that out, gently and without pressure. You don’t need to arrive ready. You just need to arrive.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

Let’s talk. I offer an initial Alignment Call – a calm, honest space to land, breathe, and get clear — about where you are, what’s stirring in you, and whether this coaching space is the right next step. If it’s not the right time or not the right fit, that’s totally okay.

How much time will this take?

The initial Alignment Session takes 30 minutes. During your Rooted & Realigned Coaching Programme, sessions take 45-minutes twice a month — with optional reflection & text support in between. This is designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it. Some clients journal between sessions, some just show up and talk. Either way is welcome.

What is the process for managing guest invites?

Coaching and therapy can complement each other well. Therapy helps with healing, mental health, and deep self-exploration. Coaching focuses on your present and future—creating clarity, momentum, and support for change.

Why I do this work

Hi, I’m Coach Cathy. And if you’re in a season of quiet change — I’ve been there too.  

I know what it feels like to hold it all together on the outside while feeling disconnected inside. To be praised for your strength, your planning, your resilience — and still feel like something isn’t working anymore. Like you’ve outgrown a version of yourself, but you’re not sure what the new one looks like yet.  

I’ve moved through emotional exhaustion, career pivots, chronic pain, and the slow work of rebuilding a life that actually supports me — not just one I can survive. 

What I’ve learned is this:  

You don’t need to scrap everything. You just need a space to listen to yourself again — and someone who can help you sort what stays, what shifts, and what softly expands.

What I believe

I believe that clarity comes through gentle action, self-trust, and showing up even when you’re unsure.

That’s what I offer: A safe space where you’ll feel clarity.

And the kind of coaching that respects your whole self — not just your goals. This work is personal. And I would be honored to walk beside you as you return to what’s real and right for you.

My background

I have a bachelors degree in management and a masters of science degree. I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, as well as a certified meditation teacher.

I find inspiration in nature (preferrably with a dog at my side), enjoy horse riding, embarking on new adventures, travel and great food (as long as it’s not too spicy…). My family and friends are the cornerstones of my life.
